An opportunity has arisen to join their company as Senior Financial Controller. The Company currently has approx. £20M turnover through its manufacturing, Servicing and Spare Parts. The Company is looking to grow its dealer network in the UK through acquisition or internal growth and devising successful implementation strategies will be key to profitable future results.
Roles And Responsibilities
Reporting to Country CFO
Execute and analyse timely monthly reporting for the Business Stakeholders and Country MGT
Ensure timely completion of required reporting
Responsible for budget and forecast requirements of legal entity
Provide support to Country CFO in respect of Country reporting requirements
Together with the Legal Entity MD responsible for steering strategy and improving Product Margins, general cost control
Responsible for Financial Statement Preparation and management of audit
Responsible for applying accounting principals & internal controls, maintaining complete and accurate accounting records
Working with Divisional colleagues in a matrix environment
Managing FX Exposure
Ensure compliance with all Statutory tax matters and liaising with external tax advisors
Manage and steer Finance team of 3 persons
Legal Entity Compliance Manager
Legal Entity Risk Manager
Participation in Legal Entity Management Team
WFH Flexible
Room for Progression: My client has two other Equipment entities (£25m turnover each) where we would look for the right person to Head the Finance function.
Profile And Qualifications
Qualified Finance Professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Team Player / Collaborator
Min 5 years of experience
Excellent business / analytical skills
Strategic thinker
is a great communicator and networker with its stakeholders
Knowledge and Experience of working in a large Corporate Organisation preferable
Ability to multitask efficiently essential
Task / Deadline orientated
SAP / IMAX experience preferable, IT enthusiasm preferable
Advanced EXCEL skills essential
