The undisclosed government project entails the refurbishment and adaptation of a 1930s office building forming part of the Parliamentary Estate. The building an unlisted building of merit, located within the Smith Square Conservation Area in Westminster. It provides offices for 89 members of the House of Lords, who have currently been decanted to alternative accommodation in preparation of the refurbishment. The building is intended to retain its current use as members’ offices following the refurbishment and is critical to the House’s strategic planning for the Restoration and Renewal programme of the Palace of Westminster.

MultiCAD provided Lead Co-ordination with full BIM to PAS1192-2 on clients Common Data Environment (CDE) & COBie at each information exchange in line with the Asset Information Requirements (AIDP)
