Supplying accurate building data and models

Using lasers as part of our scans allows us to accurately measure a number of complex and delicate spaces. The information that we collect from each scan will be turned into Point Cloud data, which is imported to our software to produce a comprehensive measured building survey. This method of data collection is faster and more accurate than traditional surveying methods, allowing you to meet tight deadlines and gain detailed insights into the minutiae of your project.

Thanks to the precision of our point cloud scanning system, the data can also be turned into a BIM model that includes information from walls, doors and windows, as well as any exposed MEP systems or architectural elements. This information can be translated into 2D or 3D drawings or models, depending on your individual requirements and the specifics of your project.

Scanning heritage sites

Thanks to the use of laser technology, we are able to survey fragile heritage buildings without causing damage to delicate structures. If you are looking for a way to safely survey a historic or culturally significant site, our Point Cloud and Scanning services are an ideal solution.

Our scanning methods are particularly helpful during restoration projects as the resulting Point Cloud data can be used to accurately reproduce historical elements such as moulding, panelling or other decorative features. Using lasers to scan surfaces can also provide details as small as the varying texture of a wall, allowing you to monitor any changes in a protected building.

Software Expertise
Our technology allows us to remove inaccuracies from traditional hand-drawn surveys. It can accurately detect irregularities on surfaces, which is useful in conservation and restoration projects. The data that a Point Cloud scan produces is more detailed than that of a traditional survey and is easily translated into a BIM model, allowing you to better understand an intricate space.

Measured Building Surveys

We provide a range of building & MEP surveys, from simple hand-measured surveys through to 3D Point Cloud scanning. We use these surveys to create an accurate BIM model of your space, accurately mapping millions of points throughout your project. These models can be used for everything from MEP installation to as-fitted record drawings.

Providing practical survey drawings

The aim of a measured building survey is to provide you with an accurate representation of all the structural elements and architectural features of your building. This ranges from 2D floor plans to intricate 3D BIM models, depending on your project. Our Point Cloud data can also be used to monitor any changes such as warping within your building, which is useful for conservation and upkeep.

Our services can be used by the hour or by project to suit your short or long-term needs, all at a reasonable price.
We go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met, while giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
With over two decades of experience in the industry, you can rely on us to provide efficient and effective results.
