Project news: New Zealand House
Richard Huntley | March 26, 2025
New Zealand House, completed in 1963, is an iconic part of the London skyline and the first tower block to be built in central London, after the Second World War.
We were proud to be part of the team delivering a £150 million revamp of the building.
Once the full restoration is completed, New Zealand House will continue to be used by the New Zealand government.
In addition, it will include 95,000 sq ft of office space available for rent, along with space for retail and bar facilities.
The services we provided included:
- MEP Coordination
- BIM Modelling
- COBie asset inputting
