The Broadway creates six buildings on a plan designed to frame views of the Grade I listed 55 Broadway from Victoria Street. Elevations are composed with a distinctive vertical expression, referencing the local vernacular in the rhythm of facades and the use of materials sympathetic to the sandstone and brick of the historic Conservation Area.

MultiCAD provided Co-ordination for a large electrical contractor including full BIM to PAS1192-2 on clients Common Data Environment (CDE) & COBie at each information exchange in line with the Asset Information Requirements (AIDP)
