The Chancery Rosewood hotel at 30 Grosvenor Square is a redevelopment of the Grade II listed US Embassy building in Mayfair, London W1.

The historic facades designed by Eero Saarinen on Grosvenor Square, Upper Brook Street and Upper Grosvenor Street will be retained and restored. The Eagle will remain on the façade in front of the proposed roof pavilion.

MultiCAD provided Co-ordination for a large electrical contractor including full BIM to PAS1192-2 on clients Common Data Environment (CDE) & COBie at each information exchange in line with the Asset Information Requirements (AIDP).
