Project news: No 16 Charles Street

We are excited to be working with Swiftline Engineering on the sensitive redevelopment of the historic No 16 Charles Street, in Mayfair.

A Grade II listed Georgian property, number 16 is being transformed into a complex of four high-end restaurants and a private members’ club.

New MEP services are being installed throughout the building, with full MEP coordinated drawings provided by MultiCAD.
